The foundation of a child's character is established during their formative years. In a typical day, a child spends one-fourth of their time in school and three-fourths with their parents. Recognizing this, parents should not assume that sending their child to a good school absolves them of their responsibilities. Parents and teachers collaborate in a partnership to facilitate the comprehensive development of the child. It is imperative to instill in students a sense of respect for school discipline and encourage pride in it.

REGULARITY

Parents should ensure their children commence each term or return after vacations on the stipulated date. Regular revision of class lessons and monitoring homework completion is essential. Active involvement in school activities is encouraged. Timely submission of assignments and projects contributes to the child's academic success.

Communication

Parents are urged to daily check their child's school diary for instructions and remarks, acknowledging them with a signature as evidence of review. All communications to the Principal should be directed through the School Reception or Class Teacher, including the child's admission number, class, and section. Any change in address or contact information should be promptly communicated to the school.

Responsibility

Parents are advised to label their child's belongings with their name, admission number, class, and section. Regularly inspecting notebooks, especially on weekends, is recommended. Taking leave during school days is discouraged, and parents are accountable for compensating for any missed studies.

Safety & Security
Parents should personally see off and receive their children at the bus stop, especially for younger students. Electronic gadgets, sharp objects, and prohibited items like valuables and certain types of jewelry should not be brought to school.

Consideration
Parents are discouraged from taking their child out of school for half-day leave unless absolutely necessary. No child will be sent home during the day, and parents are expected to prioritize their child's attendance over social engagements or medical appointments during school hours.

Environmental Concern

The use of polybags is discouraged, and parents are requested not to send any items to school in polybags. Circulars and newsletters will be available on the school website instead of printed copies.

Examination and Promotion

Regular attendance in assessments and examinations is crucial for a student's promotion. Parents are advised to familiarize themselves with the school's promotion and assessment policy and ensure their child's consistent presence in assessments.

Commandments for Good Parenting

Parents are encouraged to spend quality time with their children, avoid criticizing the school or teachers in their presence, follow school rules, and not be impulsive in addressing disciplinary matters. Monitoring internet usage, discouraging mobile culture during school, and promoting physical activities are emphasized. Parents are advised to maintain a balance of firmness and leniency, actively engage in their child's activities, and keep a close eye on their social circles. Patience, constructive communication, and understanding are emphasized as crucial elements of effective parenting."
